Terms & Conditions
- Before you make a booking please be aware that The House On The Rock is located down a steep hill which makes access for older seniors, disabled or injured guests difficult. The house is also located on the waters edge on a cliff so families with young children will have to take this into consideration.
- Minimum 2 night rental, long weekend minimum 3 night rental.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking.
- Balance due 4 weeks prior.
- A $700 security deposit bond is charged.
- Parties and weddings are not permitted.
- Smoking not allowed.
- Sorry no pets.
- For your added security, The House On The Rock is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
